Does an excellent job of getting bread out of a very hot oven

Like all the other items I have purchased at B&T, the Bread Peel is fantastic.
I had never used a bread peel before, and I made getting the bread out of the oven so easy and not need for oven mitts.

This is a great to put my loaves and pizza’s on the the baking steel in a hot oven. No more burning of hands.

I love the low profile of the bread peel, which makes it so much easier to transfer pizza and breads. It is lightweight and easier to use than my wooden pizza peel. I do wish it is more rectangular in size for pizzas. A bigger size one for that purpose would be great.
